Fertility Fae is the second example of the Gothic and Art Nouveau styles that I Love So Much, depicted earlier and/or working it out, in my painting Layer 8. In this painting I incorporated the Celtic aspects (can’t get enough of), as those who know me know I am –mostly- Irish. So here we see Gothic defined by the sum of the color characteristics as well as the Teutonic Goddess aspects of Germanic and/or Middle Ages origin, Art Nouveau defined by the free flowing sinuous lines and/or decoration and the Celtic depicted in this work with intricate yet not elaborate or fundamental Knot design.
